Hi Thérèse! How are you today, and what’s been keeping you busy lately?

I’m good thank you! I’ve spent all autumn working with my fashion agency and it has really been keeping me busy. Otherwise I’ve really been enjoying crispy autumn days!

With your roots in some of Europe’s most stylish cities, how does Stockholm compare in terms of fashion and lifestyle?

I actually think that ”Stockholm:ers” are very well-dressed. Minimalistic, chic and well-dressed are the right words. And, it actually has something in common with Paris!

Your work keeps you on the move! How do you stay grounded and find balance in life?

I’m very keen on my routines: eat well, sleep well and the daily workout. It’s all about that!

What makes Hunter boots a must-have for you, and how do they fit into both your city life and time spent in nature?

I love shoes that are chic but yet practical, with other words Hunter, as it is so needed in the current (changing!) autumn weather.

As autumn settles in, what are your top 5 ways to enjoy the season in the city? Any underrated city spots or activities you’d recommend?

I really love long walks, brunch in town and to end up at a new exhibition - but it could also be just strolling around town with a coffee in my hand.

Finally, for those trying to capture that effortless city chic style, what are your top tips for balancing functionality with fashion?

Match your boots with a long statement coat (preferably with shoulder-pads!), a cap and the matching bag!
